Telephone Coaching
Telephone Coaching is an integral component of DBT that provides patients with immediate support during crises. We offer this service to in order to connect patients with support outside of scheduled therapy sessions. This real-time support allows patients to apply DBT skills in the moment, receive guidance on managing crises, and maintain progress toward their therapeutic goals. By providing this accessible and responsive support, we help patients effectively navigate challenging situations and work towards a more stable and fulfilling life.
