Manhattan’s Upper East Side Psychology provides individual and couples therapy as well as specialized treatment for adults, adolescents and children with eating disorders. Our approach is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient. With a curious, genuine, empathetic and nonjudgmental stance, we work with patients to help them achieve goals, experience symptom relief and increase self-understanding. The therapeutic focus and treatment modality is based on the patient’s goals, presentation, symptoms and needs.
